Can multiple employees book under one corporate account?
Yes. Each authorized employee gets their own login or booking code that bills back to the corporate account. You control the authorized user list and can add or remove anyone at any time.
Do you provide cost-center coding on invoices?
Yes. Each ride can be tagged with a cost center, project code, or matter number at the time of booking. Monthly invoices group rides by cost center so your finance team can allocate cleanly.
What if my executive's flight is delayed?
Every airport pickup is flight-tracked in real time. Pickup time adjusts automatically. 60 minutes of free wait time covers customs and baggage. There's no fee for flight delays — we expect them.
Can I request the same chauffeur for repeat executive travel?
