TheSeattleLimo provides long-distance private chauffeur service between Seattle and every major destination across the Pacific Northwest — Portland, Vancouver BC, Spokane, Leavenworth, Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Peninsula, and Whistler. Instead of fighting I-5 traffic, paying for parking, or wrestling with a one-way rental car, you ride in a luxury vehicle with a professional chauffeur who knows the roads — and you arrive refreshed.
Intercity transfers are flat-rate and all-inclusive: tolls, fuel, taxes, gratuity options, and standard waiting time are baked into the quoted price. There are no surprise fees on arrival. The Cadillac Escalade Full Size SUV is the most popular vehicle for these long routes — seven passengers, seven suitcases, climate controlled, with Wi-Fi onboard. The Mercedes E-Class Business Sedan is ideal for couples and solo travelers who want a quieter, more executive ride.
Common routes include Seattle to Portland (~3 hours), Seattle to Vancouver BC (~3 hours plus border), Seattle to Spokane (~5 hours), Seattle to Leavenworth (~2.5 hours), Seattle to Whistler (~4.5 hours plus border), and Seattle to Mt. Rainier National Park (~2 hours). For cross-border transfers to Canada, all chauffeurs carry NEXUS or enhanced credentials for fast border crossings.

3. Pickup at your door
Your chauffeur arrives at your Seattle address (home, hotel, office) at the scheduled time and helps with luggage.

Why a chauffeur
The premium alternative
vs. Rental car
No rental counter lines, no $35/day insurance upsells, no fuel surcharge, no one-way drop fees. Step out at your destination — that's it.
vs. Greyhound / Amtrak
Door-to-door instead of station-to-station. Your schedule, not theirs. Private vehicle instead of a shared coach. Wi-Fi that actually works.
vs. Driving yourself
Four hours behind the wheel becomes four hours of work, rest, or conversation in the back seat. Arrive ready for the meeting or vacation — not exhausted.
vs. Short-haul flights
No TSA line, no airport-to-city transfers on both ends, no flight delays. For routes under 300 miles, a chauffeured transfer is often door-to-door faster.

Frequently asked
Intercity questions
What's included in the intercity flat rate?
Everything except tips and any optional stops you request. Tolls, fuel, ferry fees (where applicable), insurance, and the chauffeur's time are all included. Cross-border transfers include the chauffeur's NEXUS / border crossing.
Can the chauffeur stop along the way?
Yes — short rest stops, fuel, or coffee breaks are standard on long routes. Longer planned stops (winery visits, sightseeing) are typically billed as hourly service after the first stop. We'll quote the round trip if you tell us your plan.
Do you cross the Canadian border?
Yes — our chauffeurs hold NEXUS or enhanced credentials for fast crossings at Peace Arch. You'll need a valid passport (or enhanced WA driver's license) for any cross-border transfer.
How does Seattle to Portland compare to flying?
Door-to-door, a chauffeured transfer is often comparable to or faster than flying — no TSA, no airport-to-city transfers on either end, no flight delays. Most business travelers find a private transfer more productive: you can work the entire 3-hour ride.
Can I book a one-way intercity transfer?
Yes. One-way and round-trip pricing are both available. One-way trips include the deadhead return for the chauffeur, so round-trips are usually a better value if your plans allow.
