Two weeks before the event we lock in pickup times, addresses, and contact people for every shuttle leg. Wedding planners receive a full transportation document.

4. Event day execution

Your event manager dispatches every vehicle, monitors timing live, and handles any last-minute changes — so you never even think about transportation.

How far in advance should I book wedding transportation?

For peak wedding season (May through October) book 4-6 months out to lock in your preferred fleet. Off-season weddings can usually be booked 2-3 months ahead. Last-minute weddings are accommodated when fleet is available.

Can you coordinate with my wedding planner?

Absolutely — we prefer it. Your wedding planner gets a dedicated point of contact at TheSeattleLimo and a written transportation document with every pickup time, address, and phone number two weeks before the wedding.

Do you offer a 'grand exit' decorated vehicle?

Yes. Just Married signage, ribbons, and a clean polished vehicle waiting at the venue exit. We can also coordinate a sparkler send-off timing with your venue.

How many guests can you shuttle?

There's no upper limit — for 100+ guest weddings we run multiple SUVs in a rotation, plus partner-provided sprinter vans for larger groups. Ask for a custom quote.

Can guests drink in the vehicle?

Champagne and complimentary water are fine. Open alcohol in the vehicle while driving is regulated in Washington — we'll provide guidance to keep everyone compliant and safe.
